FAQ

Domande frequenti

Which columns are included in the CSV?

+
SyncBank offers over 25 selectable columns including date, amount, currency, payee, account name, reference ID, status, notes, bank transaction code, merchant category code, balance after transaction, exchange rate, and more. You choose which ones to include during setup.

What is the difference between standard CSV and Excel EU format?

+
Standard CSV uses commas as separators and periods for decimal points — the default format for most tools. Excel EU format uses semicolons as separators and commas for decimals, which is the convention in most European countries and required for Excel to open files correctly in those locales.

Can I get one CSV file per bank account?

+
Yes. You can choose between a single combined file for all accounts, or one file per account. Both modes are updated automatically on every sync run.

Does SyncBank update existing CSV files or create new ones?

+
SyncBank appends new transactions to the existing file, keeping a running record. You control the sync schedule — automatic at set intervals, or triggered manually from the app.

E se la mia banca non è supportata?

+
SyncBank connects via Enable Banking (EU, 2600+ banks, 29 countries) and SimpleFIN (US/Canada). If your bank is not listed, reach out — we add support for new banks regularly.
